- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and brown the chicken on both sides.
- Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add mozzarella cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Place the chicken back into the skillet and spoon the cheesy sauce over the top.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add Italian seasoning to the chicken.
- Serve with pasta or rice for a complete meal.
