  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and brown the chicken on both sides.
  4. Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add mozzarella cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Place the chicken back into the skillet and spoon the cheesy sauce over the top.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
