- 1 pound flank steak
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Butterfly the flank steak and pound it to an even thickness.
- In a bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Spread the cheese mixture over the steak and roll it tightly.
- Secure the rolls with toothpicks and brush with olive oil.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
