- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture onto both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- In the last few minutes of grilling, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken.
- Cover the grill to allow the cheese to melt.
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the seasoning for a few hours before grilling.
- Feel free to add other toppings such as tomatoes or jalapeños.
