- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 8 taco shells
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain the grease and add the Rotel tomatoes and taco seasoning.
- Simmer for 5-10 minutes until heated through.
- Fill taco shells with the beef mixture, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and salsa.
- Serve and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, add chopped onions or jalapeños to the beef mixture.
