Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 4 soft rolls
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shrimp, cream cheese, cheddar, breadcrumbs, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the rolls in half and scoop out some of the interiors.
- Stuff the rolls with the shrimp mixture.
- Brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add fresh herbs or spices to the shrimp mixture.
- These rolls can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
