Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 soft rolls
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shrimp, cream cheese, cheddar, breadcrumbs, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut the rolls in half and scoop out some of the interiors.
  4. Stuff the rolls with the shrimp mixture.
  5. Brush the tops with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.
