- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Place the cauliflower florets in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the cheese mixture over the cauliflower and stir to coat.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the cauliflower is tender.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding cooked bacon or chives as a topping.
- This dish can be made ahead and reheated.
