- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the stuffed chicken for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
