  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onions, garlic, and bell peppers to the skillet; cook until softened.
  4. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in cheddar cheese.
  6. Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the inside.
  7. Fill the bread with the beef and cheese mixture.
  8. Place the filled bread on a baking sheet and cover with foil.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the bread is golden brown.
