Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon together until the turkey is no longer pink.
  2. Add the shredded chicken and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Remove from heat and add shredded cheese.
  5. Lay out an egg roll wrapper, place a few tablespoons of the filling in the center, and roll it up according to package instructions.
  6. In a pan, melt the butter and fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
