- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon together until the turkey is no longer pink.
- Add the shredded chicken and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and add shredded cheese.
- Lay out an egg roll wrapper, place a few tablespoons of the filling in the center, and roll it up according to package instructions.
- In a pan, melt the butter and fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Leftover filling can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days.
