- 4 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Add the sliced zucchinis to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and thyme, and cook until just tender.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the zucchini mixture at the bottom.
- Sprinkle half of the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses on top.
- Repeat with the remaining zucchini and cheeses.
- Drizzle the heavy cream over the top layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.

- For extra flavor, consider adding breadcrumbs on top before baking.
