Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese layer over the graham cracker crust.
- Top with cherry pie filling and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For an extra crunch, toast the pecans before adding them to the dish.
