- 10 jalapeños
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 10 slices turkey bacon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the chicken mixture.
- Wrap each filled jalapeño with a slice of turkey bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
- Place the wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, leave some seeds in the jalapeños.
- These can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
