- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the shredded chicken, spinach, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer the ingredients starting with marinara sauce, noodles, chicken mixture, ricotta, and mozzarella. Repeat layers.
- Finish with mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use whole-wheat noodles for a healthier option.
- Can substitute chicken with ground turkey or beef.
