- 500 grams boneless chicken
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- salt to taste
- fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, oil, garam masala, cumin powder, chili powder, and salt.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let it soak for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the chicken until it is cooked through and has nice char marks, about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.

- For best results, marinate overnight.
- Serve with naan or salad for a complete meal.
