  • 2 pounds chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Marsala wine
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a large skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and butter, then add sliced chicken, cooking until browned on both sides.
  3. Remove the chicken and sauté garlic and mushrooms in the remaining fat until tender.

  5. Add chicken back to the skillet, season with thyme, salt, and pepper, and cook until the chicken is fully cooked through.
  6. Top with crispy turkey bacon and serve.
