Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the diced chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cream cheese and mix until well incorporated.
- Stir in the spinach and mushrooms until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
