- 4 pieces chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, place the chicken breasts and drizzle with olive oil.
- Add the spinach and sliced mushrooms on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the vegetables.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
