Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned.
  4. Add the bell pepper, onion, garlic, and ginger; stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in the oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper; cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with rice.
