- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Marinate the beef with soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned.
- Add the bell pepper, onion, garlic, and ginger; stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper; cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice.
