- 1 cup shredded zucchini

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded zucchini, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
- Let cool before serving.
