- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 package cinnamon rolls
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cinnamon rolls according to package instructions.
- In a mixing bowl, combine diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Layer cinnamon rolls in a baking dish and add a layer of the apple mixture.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the top of the lasagna.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped nuts to the apple filling.
- Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream for a delightful dessert.
