Ingredients

  • 2 cans of cinnamon rolls
  • 3 cups chopped apples
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the chopped apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts.
  3. Spread half of the cinnamon rolls into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  4. Add a layer of the apple mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
  5. Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla, then spread over the apple layer.
  6. Top with the remaining cinnamon rolls.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can drizzle icing from the cinnamon rolls over the baked dish.
