- 2 cinnamon roll dough tubes
- 4 cups sliced apples
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix sliced apples with lemon juice, cinnamon, sugar, and cornstarch.
- Roll out cinnamon roll dough and layer it in a pie dish.
- Add the apple mixture on top of the dough.
- Crumble remaining dough over the apples.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
- Can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge.
