- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 cup cream cheese frosting
Instructions
- Preheat the skillet over medium heat.
- Flatten each slice of bread using a rolling pin.
- Spread a layer of cream cheese frosting on each slice.
- Roll the slices tightly and dip in egg mixture.
- Coat in cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Cook on the skillet until golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of nutmeg to the egg mixture.
- Serve with maple syrup for added sweetness.
