- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Add the cold butter and mix until crumbly.
- Pour in the milk and stir until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Remove biscuits from the oven and immediately coat them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the cinnamon sugar.
- These biscuit bites are best served fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
