- 2 cups diced apples

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Melt butter and brush it on the taco shells.
- In a bowl, mix diced apples, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Bake taco shells in the oven for 5-7 minutes until slightly crispy.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fill each taco shell with the cheesecake mixture and top with cinnamon-sugar apples.
