Instructions
- Soak the basil seeds in water for about 30 minutes.
- In a saucepan, bring milk to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and add sugar, stirring until dissolved.
- Cook the vermicelli noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse.
- In serving glasses, layer the cooked vermicelli, soaked basil seeds, and rose syrup.
- Pour the sweetened milk over the layers.
- Top with a scoop of ice cream and sprinkle chopped nuts.
- Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for a refreshing treat.
