- 1 cup rice
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water until it runs clear.
- Soak the rice in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Blend the soaked rice and soaking water until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a pitcher.
- Add coconut milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
- Serve over ice and enjoy!

- Adjust sweetness to taste by varying the sugar amount.
- For a thicker consistency, reduce the amount of water used.
