  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla until fully combined.
  4. Add in the flour, salt, shredded coconut, toffee bits, and chocolate chips, mixing until just combined.
  5. Spread the batter into the prepared baking pan evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
