- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, turkey bacon, coleslaw mix, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can include shredded cheese or chopped herbs.
- Feel free to substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon if preferred.
