Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, apples, cranberries, and almonds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Let it sit for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
