A delightful pasta salad perfect for cookouts, featuring turkey bacon and fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
