Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chopped chicken ham
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and chop into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta and mix well to combine.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
