- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chopped chicken ham
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup diced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and chop into pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
- In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta and mix well to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
