- 1 cup cotton candy
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
Instructions
- In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and gelatin mixture, and blend until combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in the cotton candy until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your delightful creation!
