- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Dredge each chop in flour, then dip into buttermilk, and coat again in flour.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- Add the pork chops to the skillet and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- In the same skillet, add butter and mix with the drippings to create gravy.
- Add milk gradually while stirring until the gravy thickens.
- Serve the pork chops topped with turkey bacon and gravy.

- For extra flavor, marinate the pork chops in buttermilk overnight.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or your favorite side dish.
