- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Scoop the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper and roll it into a log shape.
- Wrap it tightly and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Slice and serve on grilled meats or vegetables.

- This Cowboy Butter can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
