- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cranberry hot pepper jelly
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 package of phyllo pastry cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and chopped green onions.
- Fill each phyllo pastry cup with the cream cheese mixture.
- Top each filled cup with a spoonful of cranberry hot pepper jelly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the phyllo cups are golden brown.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add more hot pepper jelly.
- These can be prepared a few hours in advance and baked just before serving.
