Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, steamed broccoli, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and fill it with the cheese and broccoli mixture.
- Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
