- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in each chicken breast.
- Stuff each pocket with the cream cheese mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the stuffed chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
