- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares and place a spoonful of cream mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over to form triangles and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon to the cream filling.
- These pastries can be dusted with more powdered sugar before serving.
