- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup blackberries
- 6 ounces goat cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large baking dish, drizzle olive oil and place the chicken breasts in the dish.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
- Spread goat cheese evenly over the chicken.
- Add blackberries on top of the goat cheese.
- Pour heavy cream around the chicken in the baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or a green salad.
- Feel free to substitute chicken thighs for breasts for a richer flavor.
