Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchinis lengthwise and scoop out the center.
- Mix burrata cheese with salt, pepper, and diced basil.
- Stuff zucchini halves with burrata mixture.
- Place stuffed zucchinis on a baking sheet.
- Blend cherry tomatoes with olive oil and garlic powder to create a glaze.
- Pour glaze over zucchini rolls.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until zucchinis are tender.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add grated parmesan on top before baking.
