Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis lengthwise and scoop out the center.

  4. Stuff zucchini halves with burrata mixture.
  5. Place stuffed zucchinis on a baking sheet.
  6. Blend cherry tomatoes with olive oil and garlic powder to create a glaze.
  7. Pour glaze over zucchini rolls.
