Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken cutlets with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add chicken broth and cream, stirring to combine.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve warm.
