- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 12 ounces tortellini
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and cooked tortellini.
- Pour in the heavy cream and mozzarella cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For a lighter version, you can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
- Add crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
