- 2 cups brewed coffee
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
- 1 cup cold water
Instructions
- Begin by brewing 2 cups of coffee and set it aside to cool.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve the gelatin powder in cold water and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine the cooled coffee and sugar, heating gently until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the softened gelatin to the coffee mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Once set, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and serve alongside the coffee jelly.
Notes
- For a sweeter jelly, adjust the sugar to taste.
- Feel free to add vanilla extract for extra flavor.
