- 2 cups corn kernels
- 1 medium zucchini, diced
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add zucchini and cook for 5 minutes until soft.
- Stir in corn and garlic powder, cooking for another 3 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Mix in the crumbled turkey bacon.
- Season with salt and pepper, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve warm.

- For a healthier version, substitute heavy cream with coconut milk.
