Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cottage cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, onion, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir in the cooked rice and chicken broth until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until the casserole is heated through and the top is slightly golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
