- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded chicken, turkey bacon, spinach, mushrooms, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well to combine all ingredients.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and the top is golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
- Top with additional cheese before baking for a cheesy crust.
