Instructions

  2. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the seafood stock gradually, whisking to avoid lumps.
  4. Bring to a simmer and stir in the heavy cream and tomato paste.
  5. Add Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Stir in the lump crab meat and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
