Ingredients

- 8 ounces pasta (such as rotini or fusilli)
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, red bell pepper, green onions, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Add the cooled pasta to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt as needed.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a lightened version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
- Can substitute the crab with shrimp or chicken if desired.
