Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, cranberries, honey, vanilla extract, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a ball.
- Roll each cheese ball in chopped pistachios to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
- Serve with crackers or fresh fruit.
